Erika and Tyler met just before Tyler was going to be heading off to boot camp. During his time in bootcamp they wrote letters to each other and when he returned they made their relationship official! In a world filled with social media I love that they wrote letters to each other, they were already committed before their relationship began! I have had the pleasure of getting to know these two over the last year and when I say they have hearts of gold, I mean it. They love each other dearly and would do anything for their friends, family or even strangers! I’m thrilled to share their wedding day with you!
A few things to take note of….Erika’s father passed away but she had him close to her for the day with a precious locket with his picture attached to her bouquet. Her grandfather and uncle walked her down the aisle together, one of the sweetest things I’ve seen. During their reception E & T were performed a seem less choreographed first dance and Erika’s family watched will tear filled eyes as she danced with her grandfather. One of my most favorite parts of their day was their first look on the dock of the marina!
Erika & Tyler, I’m so happy that we met and I was able to see your family and friends, who love you both dearly, celebrate your wedding day with you! You two are the kindest and sweetest to each other and those around you, I’m wishing you both all the happiness!
XOXO- Meridith
